What order should the products be used in?
Generally, you would cleanse, tone, apply an oil and/or serum, moisturise then apply an eye cream, daily. You would exfoliate and use a mask 1 to 2 times per week, after you have cleansed.
Which product is great for blackheads?

Why does the Pink Clay Mask need to be mixed with water?
Clay can get mouldy very quickly and needs very strong synthetic preservatives to keep it preserved. By keeping it dry and away from water, it keeps it 100% natural and safe for sensitive skin and people who don't want to use chemicals.
Why does the Exfoliators need to be mixed with water?
Much like the last question, once water has been added, the ingredients needs to be preserved synthetically. The active ingredients only becomes active once the water touches it, keeping them fresher for longer.
Are all your products safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women to use?
Yes, at the moment, all our products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women to use. We may introduce products that are not safe to use for pregnant and breastfeeding women later down the track but this page will be updated and products will be clearly labelled.
Are all your products safe for babies and children?
No, due to the use of essential oils, our products are not suitable for use on young skin.
What products do you recommend for Rosacea?
We suggest our Botanical Cream Cleanser, Botanical Toner and Botanical Moisturiser.
What is the shelf e of your products?
It is 6 months from the time of opening.
